HUGH O’KANE

Chairman

Hugh O'Kane has more then 30 years in the Electrical Contracting business since joining his family company in 1973.  He is currently the executive Chairman of HUGH O’KANE ELECTRIC CO., INC responsible for overseeing the long-term strategic vision of the Company.  He formerly served as President until 2008.  Hugh holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College.

KEVIN O’KANE

Executive Vice President and CFO

Kevin O'Kane has more then 30 years in the Electrical Contracting business having joined his family company full-time in 1976.  He is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HUGH O’KANE ELECTRIC CO., INC.   Kevin holds a B.S. in accounting from Boston College.

HUGH R. O’KANE

President and CEO

Hugh R. O'Kane is the third generation of the O’Kane family to enter the Electrical Contracting business.  Since joining the Company full-time in 2000, he has worked in all areas of the company from Project Management and Estimating to Finance and Marketing.  In September of 2008, Hugh was promoted to President and CEO, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the overall daily operations and long-term planning of the Company.  Hugh holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College and an M.S. in Construction Management from Columbia University.

JOHN O'KANE

Vice President

John O'Kane is a third generation member of the O’Kane family to enter the Electrical Contracting business. Since joining the company full-time in 2006, John has worked as a Project Manager on both the electrical service and telecommunications divisions of the company. Prior to joining HOK, John worked as a Summer Helper Electrician for various Local 3 and Local 25 shops.   John has taken a hands-on roll in assisting his brother Hugh with the overall day-to-day operations of the company. John holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College.

DENNIS OLIVA

Vice President of Electrical Construction

Dennis Oliva has been with the Company since 1982 and has played a critical role in Estimating, Value Engineering, Project Management and Marketing over the years.  Dennis has previously held the title of Superintendent of HOK.

JOSEPH CONROY

Superintendent

Since joining HOK in 1986, Joe Conroy has risen through the Company as a Journeyman, Foreman, General Foreman, Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent and is currently our Superintendent.  He is responsible for overseeing approximately 300 Local 3 Electricians in New York. 

SALVATORE TOSCANO

Assistant Superintendent of Telecommunications

Sal Toscano has been with HOK since starting as an Apprentice in 1984.  Through the years, Sal has worked as a Journeyman, Foreman, General Foreman and Project Manager in both the Electrical and Telecommunications divisions of the Company.  Sal currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Telecommunications responsible for overseeing all Telecom operations at HOK.
